FAQ

Good questions

The ones we hear most. Anything else, ask us on a discovery call.

How much do I need to invest?

It depends on format and site. A delivery kitchen needs the least capital and a drive-thru the most. The franchise pack sets out the full range, including franchise fee, fit-out, equipment and working capital.

Do you offer single units or whole territories?

Both. You can open a single restaurant, or sign an area development agreement to open several over an agreed schedule within a territory.

What ongoing fees are there?

An ongoing royalty and a contribution to the brand marketing fund, both based on sales. Exact rates are in the franchise pack and the agreement.

Is the menu adapted for the UAE?

Our core recipes and spice blends stay the same, and all our chicken is halal, as it is in Mauritius. We'll develop local favourites and limited-time offers with you, and source through approved, halal-certified UAE suppliers.

Do I need restaurant experience?

Food and beverage or multi-site retail experience is strongly preferred. If you're an investor, you'll need an experienced operations lead on your team.

How long until I open?

Typically six to nine months from signing, depending on site availability, approvals and fit-out.
